Handywomen or Handymen Wanted

Drywall to mini-splits, concrete to landscaping. Get paid, get filmed, get steady work.

$28-30/hr baseAbove the Milwaukee average, plus:
  • Camera bonus for every video we publish
  • A share of every paid job you work
  • Referral bonus for every customer or crew member you bring in
  • W-2, real weekly paychecks. More perks unlock as we grow.

The work

The first big project: turning "the ugliest building in Brookfield" into the best one, inside and out. Drywall, finishing, paint, trim, tile, plumbing, electrical, mini-splits, concrete and landscaping, with every step filmed for our YouTube channel. After that, the crew becomes the core of our labor network, and the work keeps coming. You can grow into crew lead, trainer or instructor.

You

  • Can do most of it: drywall + finishing, paint, trim, tile, plumbing, electrical, mini-splits, concrete, landscaping
  • Mini-split / HVAC experience is a big plus (EPA 608 certified is even better)
  • Own hand tools; a truck or reliable ride
  • Comfortable on camera, or willing to learn. We film the work, not your life.
  • Show up, clean up, and treat the customer's home like your own
